Paper & Cloth Backed Abrasive Belts

We manufacture sanding belts in a wide variety of sizes starting from just 3 mm wide for narrow file belts, and up to 2 metres wide for wide sanding belt machines.

These can be manufactured in a wide range of materials suitable for both the wood working and metal working industries.

Handsanding Sheets & Rolls

Sanding rolls are available from 25 mm wide. Standard sheet size 230 x 280 mm, but a variety of sizes can be manufactured.

Large Paper/Cloth Sanding Discs

Plain backed discs starting from approx. 250 mm diameter up to 1400 mm diameter, with or without a centre hole.

We can also supply multi-purpose spray adhesive to use with these discs in a 500 ml can.

Surface Conditioning Belts

Surface conditioning belts are available in a wide range of sizes starting from just 4 mm wide.

They are suitable for cleaning stainless steel, aluminium or other metals, for satin finishing, light deburring and for cleaning marks left by previous operations.

Grades available:- A-Coarse, A-Medium, A-Very Fine

Product Range

We stock a wide range of jumbo materials to suit most applications, which we can make into all sizes of belts, sheets, rolls, discs etc.

Y-weight, heavy duty polyester cloth in aluminium oxide, zirconium, silicon carbide and ceramic in 24 to 120 grit.

X-weight cloth in polyester and cotton backing in aluminium oxide and silicon carbide, open and closed coat from 36 to 400 grit.

Conglomerate X-weight material in aluminium oxide and silicon carbide, 80 to 1000 grit.

J-weight cotton cloth in flex and super flex, aluminium oxide, open and closed coat from 60 to 600 grit.

F-weight paper, open, semi-open and closed coat, in aluminium oxide and silicon carbide, resin over resin or resin over glue, antistatic or plain in 36 to 400 grit.

E-weight stearated paper from 320 to 800 grit for wide belt denibbing applications.
